Default If money were no object, where would you live?

I'm just curious, if you didn't have to worry about the cost of a house, but you have to live somewhere in the greater Seattle area, where in the greater Seattle area would you live and why?

Of course money is a big factor in the real world. This is just hypothetical.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts..

Best regards,
mari

Hello, well i ask myself that question daily, and i know you said where in seattle, i myself live in pittsburgh pa, but if i were rich, i'd probably buy a home in hawaii or florida. Probably florida, and i'd travel often. I want to go to Rome, Venice, the carribean, and just wherever my heart desires. I'd love to visit all kinds of museums and art galleries. I dream of this every single day!

I've always like the view from the very top of Somerset. I'd enjoy the sunsets over the Olympics and the lights of Seattle, Bellevue, Mercer Island, and Renton when dark. I'd want a totally unobstructed view from up there if money were no objective.

Of course, ya wouldn't be able to see too much from up there because of the predominant cloud cover and precipitation.

We live near there and I just drove back there for the first time on Saturday and could not believe the view those people have up there. Just gorgous views!!!

I am still not all that familiar with areas out here, but from what I have seen I wish we lived on Lake WAshington with a view of Mt Ranier.

If I were rich (and I couldn't leave the Seattle area), I'd live in the Madison Park neighborhood.

V. =)

I'd ditch Seattle and move to SoCal, there is nothing better than the beaches down there!

I'm gonna take this to left field (because I am living in the best place in the Seattle area) -- I would live up in Fairbanks in the northwest part of town near Creamer's Field. Brrrrrrr = yay!!!

It would be really really hard to stay in Seattle if money was no object

But since it is - I'd probably be in a large industrial loft in Fremont
