Jenn, Wedgewood is a nice neighborhood with very nice homes!! Waldo Dahl is where I play many of my soccer games.

Out of curiosity, have you had to drop the price on your home at all? $400k or so isn't terrible for that part of town. Of course I have found similar homes in Queen Ann for that price...so there you go! This real estate market is all screwed up!
I grew up not far from Wedgewood... 95th and 35th NE.

Default Love Seattle

What about The Young Fresh Fellows, The Fastbacks, Flop, The Fall-Outs, The Sonics!!!! Some of the best music over the past 60 years has come from the Seattle/PNW area(in my humble opinion!). I'm originally from the Boston suburbs and then moved to the Big Island of Hawaii 6 years ago. My girlfriend and I have visited Seattle a few times since then and LOVE it. We really want to move to the Seattle area within the next year or two. We are probably going to rent out our two houses here and rent a house in the Seattle area. It rains quite a bit over here where we live and I really, really look forward to dark, cloudy/rainy days. Anyway, love Seattle and everything it has to offer! Even if we don't move up there it will always be a place to visit.

I LOVE the weather today ! There's just something a rainy day in May... it's not cold, the air is fresh and clean. The raindrops on my face this morning felt nothing short of magnificent.
