I am going to put the house up for rent and am moving to a new place.
The catch is that I will be fixing up the place for renting out.

How do I go about finding a renter who will sign a rental agreement a few months ahead of the move ?
Would it be advisable to put the proposed changes I am going to make/fix up into the rental agreement so the renter knows its a sure thing ?

I know I would as a renter liked the opportunity to book a rental place 3 months in advance of my moves. It would make it easier for school etc., I assume there are others like me...

Please share any advice you may have.
Thanks
Luna

Hey Luna. The rental market is so tight that I suspect any number of renters would be willing to work with you. Just be clear about your plans in the ad and you'll attract the right people. Best of luck!

Join the local rental association. Zillow has a few rental platforms and help for owners who rent
