I'd suggest the following:
- Flying Fish. A local chef's stalwart
- Dahlia Lounge. Tom Douglas' 1st and best
- Ray's Boathouse. Seattle institution
- Brooklyn.
- Pair. Hard to find, but worth it.

I'll agree with Salty Dawg...You don't want to have been in Seattle and not tried a Tom Douglas restaurant...

And Ray's Boathouse is a great suggestion also. We went there for our wedding anniversary last year, and it was wonderful.
