Seattle has diversified from Boeing. Luckily it's not just tech anymore but a healthy concentration of intelligent people that job markets want to tap into.

I don't necessarily see a bust happening again, at least not like it did in the past. Most definitely a correction. But the fact Seattle has rebounded multiple times since the days of Boeing, and considering how it recovered from the Great Recession shows the long-term interest people have in the area.

Maybe when the big one comes, or if the Fukushima/Hanford Site radiation takes over will there be a bust, but then there will be bigger problems.

Well, there are busts and there are busts. I do think we're in a speculative bubble, fueled by Trump's tax cuts for the rich, piled on top of Bush's tax cuts for the rich, that will "pop", sooner or later.
