Going across the bridges is a pain. You will want to be near the 90 or 520 to reduce some of the commute headache.

That's a useful site - I bookmarked it after you mentioned it in another post. Interesting that the famous Sleepless in Seattle houseboat is for sale, MLS#28068391, according to the Seattle PI.

commuting from Issq to Sea can actually be OK if you get an early start (like 6 - 630) or are able to use public transportation.

I'd guess a 3-bed new house in Issaq around $350K? I know some people with a newer condo in EAST Isssaq (highlands) that was $300K-ish, and its a townhouse with no yard etc....

...And if someone forced you to pick either I-90 or 520 to cross Lake Washington into Seattle, I-90 is a far better choice...Which is not to say it's a picnic, though you might have time for one sitting in traffic.Agree with Cfiona, if you do it early enough the commute's not bad at all.
