vegan ice cream
Hi Everyone- I know this should really be in the "food" thread, but I know there are tons of great vegans and vegetarians in seattle who might be able to help with this question....
Would anyone happen to have a recipe for vegan peppermint stick ice cream that is lower in fat? I know this is a lot to ask, but I am a vegetarian who shys away from most dairy. I am really making this for my sister who has crohns disease and is unable to eat high fat dairy products. She misses peppermint stick ice cream- thank you!!
