Cornell and Associates? (Seattle: apartment, leasing agent, live)

Does anyone know about renting from this company? They seem to own tons of properties in Seattle. Thanks.

They are a big property management firm, primarily engaged in managing apartment buildings. A lot of them, all over the area. I'm not aware that they actually own much, but manage a lot.

I know this was a while ago, but bkburbo did you end up finding anything out about the reputability of Cornell & Associates management firm? I'm looking for a place in Queen Anne, and they manage several complexes the area. I wasn't able to find reviews on apartmentratings.com, so I was just curious if you had any additional info. Thanks.

I rented an apartment in Northgate from this company between Fall 06 to Fall 07. I never dealt with the property managers. They had a leasing agent that lived in the complex so anytime I had an issue I'd just go through him. I never had any major issues, but when I did have issues the leasing agent was pretty slow to respond. It doesn't mean the entire company is bad, but the leasing agent wasn't the best.
