Just curious: where are those stately big 'ol houses?
I'm guessing either Washington Park/Madison Park or Queen Anne?

Great pics as always!!!! News flash!!! We sold our house here in Fl and are headed your way on June 26th. PNW here we come !! Should arrive around the 4th or 5th of July. Looking forward to seeing the sights up close and personal.......................

Of course! I used to live on the Leschi/CD border for many years and used to walk by that house. There's quite a few lovely ones in the neighborhood of 30th and Jackson.

Your pictures are as always so gorgeous!! My family will find out in the next week if my husband's long-awaited transfer to Seattle area is going through or not....you certainly are giving us something to look forward to if it does.

beautiful. from a former resident (decades ago), any chance you can label the pictures when you post? Man I don't remember the cascades seeming so close (i assume that one is on lake washington looking at bellevue?????
