Default Area around 405 edmonds ave.

I am planning to move to renton. Can any one give me any input for the area around Edmonds ave and 3rd st (near 405).

NE 3rd Street is a street with heavy traffic. I don't consider that area unsafe, it's across the street from Greenwood cemetery so you'll have some quiet neighbors. There's a good espresso place nearby, and Renton Technical College is within walking distance, and it's not too far from some of the best pizza in these parts.
The big minus is the traffic.
