What's fun to do around here?

In Texas I used to love going to the State Fair and the Irish Festival. Overseas there were a lot of great museums and symphonies. Even Spokane had Pig Out In The Park.

I'm ok with Seattle but...it...seems kinda dull.

We're not kyakers or rock climbers or baseball enthusiasts. We drink but don't gamble.

Bright ideas? Entertainment guides? Music venues appropriate for over-40's? Outside fun places?

That's a list! Thanks.

I've checked out the symphony hall, but oh my, tickets are really expensive.

I'll sure have a look at those other things.

One of the main attractions of the Seattle area is the geographic features. Thus, mountain climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking, sailing, are all very popular here. If you are not into those things, there are other fun things to do, but outdoor activities are our main strength. It's like if you moved to Aspen but hated skiing...
