I am going to be moving my family of five to the Seattle area this summer. My husband is finishing his MBA and looking for a job in the area now. I do have a special needs child so schools are important. I want a nice friendly place to settle down for a while. I am tired of moving from place to place. Which area is a better place to raise a family and settle down and which should do better real estate wise in the longrun.
