Whats the biggest differences and are you glad you made the move?

I'll be in town for an interview and I want to get fresh honest perspectives. I know about the gray sky's. I used to live in Ohio and contrary to the popular belief Ohio gets more cloudy days so I'm used to it. Just curious about pro's and cons...
