Default Good Area around Seattle to Raise Children?

Hello I am going to be working in Covington WA just south of Seattle. I have a wife and four children and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a good area to move to. Looking for somewhere safe. Thank you

I like Snoqualmie/North Bend... Snoqualmie Ridge is a nice master planned community that is not too far from Covington.

Kent and Maple Valley are probably more affordable, and are supposed to have some good schools.

Maple Valley's got great schools, Kent has some good and some not so good, but much lower housing costs.
