My Husband and I are torn between the Issaquah Plateau and Snoqualime Ridge. It's not that much further once you drive up the plateau. We clocked it. So what can anyone tell me about it? I know it's a little more affordable. Are there lots of young families? Is it ethnically diverse? Thanks for any insight.
