Can anyone give me these crime stats if possible? (Tacoma: crime rates, zip codes)

I would like for someone to give me crime stats for the city of Tacoma from the 1980's and 1990's. I heard there was a lot of violence here in those times so I would like to see a website(s) with crime stats. And yes I did check Google and couldn't find anything.

I was really hoping for individual years but that's fine. And does anyone have a link to where I can find crime stats for individual ZIP codes from the 1980's and 1990's? Also I would like for someone to give me a link about gang activity in Tacoma/Federal Way in the 1980's and 1990's. Thank you.
