Potential development in Sammamish-- for what??
Hi there,
I'm considering some houses near where se 14 st merges into 242nd dr se in Sammamish.
The seller mentioned that a man owns 10 acres of land nearby... and "he'll probably just hang on to it forever, but you never know..."
The flag went up.
It appears that SE 14th is one of many roads all leading into this area that the man owns.
You can bet I'll be calling the city tomorrow morning... but I'm wondering if anyone in the area has heard anything about plans for the area?
