Default relocating Canada to Bothell??

I am currently living in New Brunswick (Canada) and have a job offer in Bothell. I know rents on the west coast are typically higher but I am trying to get a feel for the costs.
I'll be looking for a 1 or 2 bdr apartment, somewhere near Bothell. I am in my twenties, and prefer a place where i can find some entertainment, restaurants, bars, sportclubs....
Can someone tell me which neighbourhoods are typically expensive, affordable, cheap areas?? Should I can consider Bothell at all? I'll prob. be making around 70k anualy, is Bothell an expensive place to stay?
I don't see myself comuting more than 30 min (in traffic), so which neighbourhoods should I then consider?
Are buses reguarly driving between Seattle downtown and Bothell. Could I, for example, go drinking on a saturday night downtwon and come back with the bus?
Finally, does anyone have ball park figures on the relocation costs from eastern Canada to Seattle?

Any info is helpful, thanks!

Seattle area is NOT cheaper than NB. The higher costs in Eastern Canada are in the Toronto area and not the smaller provinces.
I don't like in Seattle but my husband does (I'm in Vancouver and we're waiting on immigration). Rentals seem to be about the same in Seattle as they are here (insane!) but I think with $70k, you'll get by fine as a young, single adult. Others can be more helpful in your search for rentals and transit information.

Just to translate here:
Seattle rents are higher than eastern Canada rents, but Bothell rents are cheaper than Seattle rents.
