Default Looking for lumber mills in Shelton

Hi, does anyone know of any lumber mills in the Shelton area? I am looking for one in particular, and can't remember the name! I had a huge Blue Atlas Cedar tree come down in one of the Seattle storms and had the wood milled. I want to find out who may be interested in the wood. It's beautiful! My friend told me about a mill there. Thanks.

Hi Lori--

Simpson used to be the prominent one in Shelton from what I can remember. I don't know if it's still there or not.

Maybe if the mod can move the post to the general Washington section, you might get somebody from Shelton who can answer.

Default lumber mill shelton

Yes, the Simpson Mill is alive and running. One should call and see how they receive or accept timber though. Offering wood to sell for fireplace use is another way to sell also.
