Default D.R.Horton slasing house prices by 20%?

do you think its true? if so I can buy a $400k house for $320k! what a deal.

Hmm..my first hunch would be they forgot to tell you about the 25% price increase that preceeded the 20% price decrease. So the 400k house just went up to 500k, and now with a 20% discount, you can buy it for the new low price of 400k!

And that 20% is probably cash back at closing so you will forever pay taxes on the 500k.
