Utility costs federal way/kent area (Arlington: apartment, moving to, electric)

so i am moving back to washington but this will be my first time on my own. i plan on getting an apartment in the kent/federal way, renton area and i would like to read some utility (gas, water, trash, electricity, etc) figures even in cities a little bit outside of that area. any info is helpful thanx!

I am moving to the Arlington area and also would like to see some info on utility costs for the area. If anybody has some info to share it would be helpful! I am moving from Florida and believe that the utility costs will be less in Wa! My electric costs an average of $160 per month, Water is over $100 per month average. Phone is around $34 (without long distance).
