Yeah, I recently moved to the Seattle area, and life is expensive. Rent sucks, but everything else that I need is comparable to Denver, where I orginally came from.

When the best you can say is, "...could be nice again..." for 285 G's.....<cough>
14615 144th St NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98329 | $285,000 | Key Peninsula Real Estate | 28167509
Note the vandalism that looks like (tagging? nah...just lookes like R.E.G was there.) and the unfinished room. (OMG.. that's an understatement) Maybe it was a room that caught on fire and they stuck that bench in there to distract you. I bet you could hang like 52 salmon from that wooden beam while you smoked them. I betcha could.
Description should've said , "CAN SMOKE 52 SALMON IN ONE ROOM! It's FREAKIN' KEWL! OMG!!!11!! BUY NOW!! GET YUR SALMON ON!!!
*****************
Have to admit, though...that's a lot of land.

I couldn't do it...but to each there own who would!

Bothell, last sold 3/31/2008 for $152,086. Zillow estimate value $239,000 (makes me wonder what kind of crack the Zillow people are smoking?)
