Default Seattle community college or Idaho college?

I am very caught up in this. I have always wanted to live in Seattle partly because all my family lives there (renton). But anyways, I cannot decide if I should go to North community college in Seattle (major in music) or Idaho college in Moscow... Will someone who knows a few things about college and expenses please help me?

Are you looking for a two year or four year college? What state do you currently reside in?

One thing to keep in mind is Seattle runs on the quarter system (three classes per year) while Idaho runs on the semester system (2 classes per year). When comparing class costs, remember to multiply by 3 to find a full year here while 2 in Idaho to find a full year there.
