Default can some one assist me on some housing questions?

hello,

I have been working on finding an apartment for us to move into when we move to Seattle from Michigan the week of December 15th and it's difficult to say the least. Does anyone know where I can find private landlord rentals, I have ofcourse had no problem finding the managed properties but I know there is more to life then managed buildings. we have friends out there but they are still newish to the area and don't really know where to find that information. Or even any suggestions for a crappy "cheap" pet friendly studio that has a 6 month lease.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

what about Bellevue? My bf is trying to rent his 2bed/2 bath condo out asap to come join me in TN. He wantss to sell, but is waiting for the market to recover a bit. What's cheap to you? It was a great, quiet, safe place to love...across from a mall, walking distance to everything, pool/sauna. It was only a 10 minute drive on I-90 to downtown Seattle AND we had a view of the Olympics/downtown Seattle from our patio. I had to leave because the weather was getting to me and I wanted to come back to the south. If you may be interested, let me know.
