I can't wait until I can move up there. I'm going to be stuck in Florida for a while longer.

pwright1, you certainly have a good eye and seem quite adept at showing the Emerald City in all her finery.
Some of those photos belong in a tourism brochure; I especially liked the one taken at dusk of the Space Needle and the skyline taken from Queen Ann hill. The moon was a nice touch.
I suspect a photographer of your skills could make the inside of a coal mine look attractive. I'm jealous.
Do me a favor. Take the same shot of the traffic northbound at the convention center at say, between 7 and 8 AM and post it here, or set up a tripod at a locale of your choosing and take the same shot once a week for the next 8-10 weeks.
To make it real, use the same aperture and shutter speed and take it roughly at the same time. Maybe it could include the skyline or at least the horizon.
Kind of like a time lapse thing.
Maybe that would put to rest the idea that it's always dark and gloomy in Seattle; after all it's spring or nearly so, you all should be bathed in soft sunshine by now.

How come 90% of the pics in Seattle have sun in them? Doesnt it rain alot there?
I saw one rain pic. How about sharing some of the real Seattle.

One's camera lens gets foggy in the rain.
The fish at Pike Place Market sure are pungent! whew.
I'm glad that is only a photograph.

Gorgeous pictures!
That black stone house looks awesome. Any more pictures of that house?

question, I love all these pics, but when I move there I won't be living in downtown. Does anyone have any pics of what some of the neighborhoods look like in Bothell vs Bellevue vs Olympia vs Everett, etc. You get the idea.

Wow, those are some great pictures. The more I see pics like those, the more I want to move there. It looks like Seattle has alot to offer, everything from busy urban streets in downtown to outdoor markets to quiet suburban streets.
