Default Moving from Phoenix?

I was wondering what the utility bills are like in the Seattle area? Is water seperate or included with sewer and trash. Would be renting a 3bdr. 2 bth
house, about 1500 sqft.

Thanks,

Water is billed separately.
We are in 3500 sq ft and electricty and gas run $200 per month in winter, water is $25 per month, trash & recycling $25 per month

I live in a 1600 square foot rental townhome. Water is generally $75-125/month for us. Electricity is anywhere from $75-$150 (no place has A/C here, it makes the electric bills lower).

I live in a 1200 sq ft townhouse/apartment in Redmond. Water/sewer has been about $55 (the sewer charge is greater than water for us), and electric between $50-60 (we're cheap on the heat and this is our first year here so I expect it to go up the next couple months). No gas for us. No a/c. The water bill for us is higher than in Arizona, and the electric lower or the same. Cable/internet is also cheaper than we were paying in Arizona, but groceries and such definitely make up for. Garbage is included (added on to) in our rent.

I came from a very warm climate - and I keep my house (1300 sqft) heated 10 or 11 months a year

Most months my electric bill (we don't have gas) is $350 a month (it's less in like Sept or June)
