Automatic tunnel car washes in Kirkland?
The only automatic tunnel car wash chain I have found on the Eastside is Brown Bear. However, they are all at least 20 minutes away from the Juanita area of Kirkland! Does anyone know of an automatic tunnel car wash in the Kirkland area? You know, the kind that drags your car along? I simply don't know how to use any other type! You'd surprised how difficult this is to find out. I've tried the phone book, Google, you name it... help!

Um, isn't Seattle a built-in automatic car wash?
I insist on driving a spotless clean car. I've lived here for three years and have washed my car probably four times.

Not when you have underground parking it isn't. My car is hideously filthy at the moment. So I ask again... anyone know of any besides Brown Bear?

If there's an AM-PM Arco mini mart with a car wash, it'll be the automatic kind. They seem to be all over.

Elektro, I have the answers you seek. The Shell on 85th is a touchless carwash and they even towel dry your car a little bit afterwards. If that is not available there is a self automated 24 hr touchless car wash in the Kingsgate area. Stay away from any car wash that uses brushes or bristles even if they say they are "soft" brushes otherwise you will have tons of swirlmarks in no time. I used to wash my cars about once a week during the summer until our silly HOA banned car washing in our complex (I guess they like dirty cars).
