Default Wahoo! looking for apartments!

i know there are already alot of posts about what areas to live in and what areas not to live in because its like any other big city, there are pockets of not so nice neighborhoods... anyone formiliar with the area of seneca st and summit ave in first hill? is this a decent area?

It's a decent area, but....
It's densely populated, lots of apartments and hospitals nearby...great location in terms of being near downtown and near capitol Hill, many restaurants nearby, but if you're looking for a very quiet area for peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere.

Not even Kirland is quiet! The noise that comes through my ginormous apartment windows in the morning is nuts. I would like to move up into the mountains, I swear. We'll be looking for a house next year.
