Default trying to find convention center in Bellevue

Is the Meydenbauer Convention Center in Bellevue easy to find driving from Bellingham? Is the traffic very congested there in early mornings?

If traffic is co-operative, it should take you about 90 minutes from Bellingham...405 can be a nightmare near downtown Bellevue, but the earlier you can get there, the better off you'll be. You'll want exit 13 B, the NE 8th St exit from 405, and be on NE 8th barely at all before turning left onto 112th, and then right onto NE 6th.
Just plan on getting there much earlier than you think you have to. There are plenty of places around to get coffee, etc if you get there too early.

I haven't been in the area for awhile but it used to be that you couldn't make that "left" turn onto 112th NE from the westbound NE 8th exit. Perhaps they've changed it and if so, somebody please confirm.

If it's still that way, contrary to the directions in the last two posts, I'd take the NE 4th exit (next exit after NE 8th) and go westbound for about 200 feet. Make a right turn on 112th NE, go one block and make the left on NE 6th.

OR

You could get off at the westbound NE 8th exit and go one block on NE 8th and turn left on 110th NE, go one block and turn left on NE 6th.

Again, I haven't been there for awhile so the traffic configurations may be different. If so, somebody please correct me.
