you might try microsoft's website. you can buy Windows online and download it, but i'm not sure if the online store has chinese windows.


your english is clearly good enough to to read menus in english, so why not save $400 and buy vista ultimate (XP is ancient) english edition, install chinese as regional settings, then install interpretation software (MS has one, but might not be good enough) that allows you to type chinese?
