Default advice on moving to Kent

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on Kent. I wanted to know about how safe the area is and what areas to avoid. I had been looking into Renton but the rent on apartments in Kent are much cheaper (I assume because it is farther south from Seattle). I am a single 24 year old white female and will be living alone. Also if anyone has advice on these apartments or the areas they are in:

Chandler's Bay
1020 North Central Ave

Pembrooke
25907 27th Place South

Berkeley Haights
22804 90th Way South

Somerset
25220 109th Place SE

Thanks!
