Default IT Recruiters in Seattle Area and Working at Microsoft

Posted this a long time ago and didn't get a lot of feedback.

Couple of questions.

First, anyone know of any IT recruiters that are good at placing senior IT talent such as Enterprise Architects?

Also how is it working for Microsoft and do they do decent relo packages. I would be coming from east coast and really need a relo.

Thank you.

I think maybe you didn't get many responses because Microsoft is laying off a lot of people, freezing salaries and mostly only hiring no-benefits contractors.

Was a while back. Tough market these days but not quite as tough for IT architects.

MS is still hiring but you have a to be a really strong candidate and from friends that did moves in the past year and a half, relo benefits were great. Many of my friends in recruiting however have been scaled back somewhat. You might try Amazon as well. My husband works there and they are still hiring esp. those with a technical background.
