Art consignment in Seattle - recommendations?
I have some contemporary art I'd like to sell, purchased at the Bellevue Arts Fair and local galleries over the past 5 years. I don't want to deal with the hassle of eBay or Craigslist, would prefer to work with a consignment shop.
We had bad luck consigning my husband's piano a few years ago - the company sold it but never paid us + went bankrupt. Needless to say, we're a bit wary about going the consignment shop route again.
Have any recommendations for a good consignment shop to sell artwork -- original paintings and photography?
