Default Mukilteo traffic light timing - who do I ask about this?

What city/government agency do I contact for a question about traffic lighting timing in suburban areas outside of Seattle?

For state/US routes you contact the Washington Department of Transportation.

For local roads I believe you contact the Department of Public Works.

I agree with the preceding post. And since Mukilteo has nothing to do with Seattle, if it's a local road you'd have to contact the City of Mukilteo.
