We've moved to Atlanta last fall but haven't sold our house in Newcastle yet. I need to find a reliable company/person to mow our lawn at our house in Newcastle. Any suggestions?

In your shoes, I'd ask a friend -- or, better yet, a neighbor -- who lives here to consult the Yellow Pages, Little Nickel, craigslist, The Stranger, Seattle Weekly, etc. and ask the friend or neighbor to phone, interview make a selection, engage the services, visibly supervise the work, and do the paying. Then, after reimbursing your friend/neighbor for his financial outlays, I'd send, by fast UPS or FedEx, to your friend/neighbor a very large box of the most beautiful Georgia pecans.

Labor needs local contacts, negotiating, supervision, and payment. You need your friend's/neighbor's help. These activities usually don't turn out well from a distance...

These guys are all over Newcastle, Issaquah, etc. Big company. Probably a bit more expensive than the average one-man-show landscaper, but a safe choice given the circumstances.
