There is one remaining horse farm in the Seattle city limits. ...And they do allow chickens and pot bellied pigs.

I cringe at the thought of what it would cost to board three horses. It's cool that there is a place for horses though. I currently live close to a state park with miles of trails.

You'd just get a house in Bridle Trails, which is on the Bellevue/Kirkland border.

What kind of area is Bridle Trails? And dare I ask what the going price of a house there would be?

You'd have to shove them in the closet.

For giggles I looked at real estate adds. OMG I'd be the one living in the closet. I still haven't recovered from the price shock, lol.

What if my new company reduces unemployment, can you make an exception for one person?

Most of the "don't move here" stuff is tongue in cheek. (Except for a few radicals! )
I think most in the Seattle area realize that transplants add to the vibrancy and economic health of the region. As long as you don't use umbrellas and don't lay on the horn longer than 2 seconds.
