Default accepting job offer

hi. i just graduated from Indiana University school of law back in may. after job offers from Boston, Atlanta, and Louisville i chose the job in Seattle. i am a young guy(25) im single and straight. i am very open minded and like all sorts of people, i am looking to find a condo or townhouse in or close to downtown Seattle, i have a lot to spend about $650,000 will that buy me a 2br 2ba in a good area? also i was wondering about nightclubs and resturants, where are all the young people going?

Yes, 600 or 650 thousand will buy you a very nice condo in a nice area close to downtown full of young people , but the question is : Why spend that kind of money in a place that you are not familiar? Doesn't it make more sense to rent first while you explore and get to know the city?

you can get a fantastic house for that amount of money, in a nice area. condos have poor resale comparatively.
