What's the outlook for Husky football? They can only go up, but how far up?

I think the general consensus is the program has made some good moves in hiring a proven winner as coach (although not as a head coach), and someone who can recruit. If he can recruit in WA, as well as Southern CA, there is a good chance the program can get back on track. However, and this is a BIG however, it isn't going to happen overnight. I would look for 3-4 wins in 2009, and perhaps bowl-eligible in 2010. If you go to Websters and look up "rebuilding", the definition will be UW football.

Not that far up. I only see three wins on the schedule (Idaho, Arizona, and Washington State)

I would replace Arizona with Arizona State, and add Stanford. So I see four wins. While things looked bleak last season, this team has some talent to do things with.
