Default Foothills of Issaquah

Can you please comment on the area/neighborhood called 'Foothills of Issaquah' It is less than couple of miles from Issaquah downtown and looks nice. But was wondering if there is any issue with flooding or other problems in this area. Thanks.

The area's fine. Not much to worry about in the way of flooding.

Flooding, no.

This area has been a high-growth area for the Seattle suburbs. Not much down-side, other than the area can be somewhat colder during the winter with more liklihood of snow than the lower elevations. Winds can be nasty as well. However, this is probably one of the major growth areas of the Sea/Bellevue region, so you really can't go wrong.
