Default Apartments near Bothell or Kenmore

I am seeking information for a friend who is relocating to the Seattle area to be near relatives located in Bothell and Kenmore. She cannot live in a carpeted apartment due to health issues and is having difficulty finding one with hardwood floors in the suburbs.

Does anyone have any ideas on where a single, very literate, thirty-to-fortyish woman might look? Better yet, could anyone suggest any realtors, apartment complexes, or management companies to contact?

Thank you!

I am interested in knowing the same information too. I've had a heck of a time finding property managements (other than those in onsite leasing offices in 'apt' communities) that will show houses and like dwellings to rent or LOTB, to even call me back when they've placed a listing for it.

I hope your friend finds a place with hardwood floors. Some of the more modern buildings with pricier rents may have HW floors and will definately have an onsite leasing office to show her around. Also buildings that are older, with vintage charm might be something to look into.

Good luck.
