Seeking Self Employement Home Loan Lender to add in write offs
We are looking to buy a home in the Lewis county area and need some recomendations for lenders that deal with the Self employed.
We have 2 years documented this Feb.
650+ credit score
However after the write offs for mileage etc. we show about a 1/4 of what we actually bring home...
We are needing to find a lender that will add our mileage back in or lend to
us based on our net income not adjusted gross...
Does anyone have any advice or recommendations....
