Glad you loved your visit. I REALLY want to visit, especially after seeing this youtube video of their highways. I had no idea how beautiful Seattle is, and when I saw that video, my jaw dropped. After seeing that video, I REALLY want to visit, possibly move sometime in my life. I think after seeing that one simple video, the pacific northwest is one of the most beautiful parts of the country, and that is just after seeing Seattle from I-90 on a youtube video. But man is it gorgeous, and bad weather won't bother me, I've put up with Minnesota winters my whole life, and walking home from school in the winter with only a light jacket or just a long sleeve shirt. Only negative thing is the cost of living out there... but it would be well worth it.

Pretty consistent with most first impressions here, especially on a day as great as yesterday. Different story after some time as Ive had friends and colleagues move elsewhere. Guess the grass is always greener.

Seattle is a beautiful place. I've lived all over, but always came back here in the end.

I visited Seattle again a couple weeks ago and I can without a doubt say that it's one of the very best cities I've had the pleasure of exploring. It combines urbanity and great city amenities with nature, greenery, and natural beauty that other cities can only dream of. I think Seattle is a spectacular city and I cannot wait to move there in the next year.
