Something like the restaurant from Pulp fiction, y'know?

Bonus points if it really does have Marilyn Monroe-lookalikes for waitresses.

There's also one on the top floor of Pacific Place, next to the movie theatre

Check out the Wedgewood Broiler for a hint of the 60's. (35th NE/NE 80th). Good old fashioned American menu with reasonable prices, and an atmosphere that hasn't changed much since when LBJ was in office. Marilyn Monroe waitresses, no, not quite, but for the most part efficient, friendly yet sometimes abrupt waitresses, but always there to serve.

For fast food, the famous "Dick's" drive-in really hasn't changed much over the past 50 years. And for the price, a good value with tasty burgers/fries/shakes. Often compared to the SW chain In-n-out, but less expensive and more authentic to an era goneby.

Randy's near Boeing Field has that late 60's decor. Sort of reminds me of a Big Boy.

I think Randy's was either a Denny's or a Sambo's. In Renton, there's another 50's style diner called Tommy's, which I think was a Big Boy. The food's nothing to write home about, the youngest customers are in their 50's, but the breakfasts are pretty good.
