My family is trying to devise our own 2012 plan to out live the apocalypse and I was wondering what sort of plans everyone else has? Woul love to hear your replies...

Hmm Dec 2012, Ill be spending time with my family as usual for the holidays. 2012 end of the world? Yeah right... but eh, ill buy a few extra cases of Corona just incase.

Not sure which apocalypse you're referring to but I'm taking on plenty of liquids. I may buy a liquor store.

If you mean the Mayan end then I'll just tune in to the History channel for the news.

If you mean Hilary's election I'll just go into hidiing.

I agree!

I also plan to store plenty of rum (and vodka, my preference) for January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November of 2012, as well as December.

I don't believe in taking chances.

Being prepared is always a good idea .... check out the Self-Sufficiency and Preparedness forum linked above.

But .... 2012 is not what you need to worry about.

I'm prepared. I am going to sit outside my house, with a beer in one hand and my you know what in the other. I will welcome the end of the world drunk and happy. Who in the world would want to live through any nightmare end of the world scenario?

You all must be seriously believing that the end is as close as 2012. I judge that by the amount of drinking everyone is planning to do.
