Not CA or NY for sure! Too many BS laws and regulations that don't apply elsewhere. For instance, the '94 AWB is still in effect in some of those places like that. To hell with that! We can own anything we want except short barreled shoulder stock shotguns here (less than 18") If you want a AOW or pistolgrip short barrel shotgun the AOW Class III tax stamp is $5.

Everything else is ok provided proper procedures with BATF and Class III $200 tax stamps along with paperwork has been done. Suppressors $200........ Full Auto $200..... SBR (short barrel rifle) $200. We can own a Full Auto but not a short barrel shotgun. LOL
