Cookin' on a wood stove ain't exactly new tech ya know About where is this new place? Just roughly... has that place got good water for the taking with a bucket?
Twice now I have scared utility crews at 2 different locations where heating with wood and good clean water could be had for the taking with a bucket. Both events were ice storms, and the power was out. So my current wife and me cooked and made coffee, and both time worn out crews showed up, finding indoors was around 80 degrees, smells of foods cooking and strong coffee on the stove, scared them, thinking I had power. Neva' heard of it. That in SC somewhere? Got water?
Reasons I ask these things is once I rode the USA both ways and a 1/2 on a motorcycle to see the USA, and to learn about plants that live in those places, which lends me an idea on how things are in other places. In some ways I was looking for a better place to be, but didn't find one.
Turns out I must be able to make maple sugar, or Die
