I did get a copy on my Mac desktop by using "Save As" command to get a copy to the desktop. Don't know what command would work on a PC.

OOPS! I just noted that I said the book was 2 years old. It should have read 16 years old! (shamefully dragging toe in ground)

Actually, I was able to find several sources for free downloads on that book and a few led to resources for other downloads as well. It's amazing what you can do on Google in 30 seconds to 5 minutes!

John Ross did not have second thoughts about a second printing. The "authorities" have threatened printers and none have the courage to take the contract for a second printing.

Not that I doubt you but where did you get the information that "The "authorities"" forbade reprints?

If you tell the source of that info it would stop any naysayers from disputing what you said. Plus I'd really like to know who is stomping on the "First Amendment to the United States Constitution" rights concerning reprints of this book.
