That would be a lot of work and you are going to end up grinding off a lot of the head making it easier to pry off something like metal sheeting. You could use stove bolts or if it was wood you could just screw from inside.



They do make security screws that are very difficult to unscrew unless you have the exact bit. They use them in prisons and places like that. They have different kinds, a torx head head is pretty common but there is a pin in the middle which will prevent you from using regular torx, flat head or phillips. Anyone can buy the tools but it's not very common for a lot of people to have them. I only have a set because there was car part on one of my cars I needed to remove that had them.
