Things that are manufactured are tough to replicate... like tires and plywood. Remember to have a good bicycle. Copper tubing is good too. Can never have enough rope. Look at shanty towns in third world countries... they know what to use.

You've got 6 to 12 months of food and a way to filter water. You have enough guns and ammunition, cleaning supplies, and a way to cook food.

What would your last minute purchases be?
I will wait for 2 hours and then go to the stores. Why would I pay if I knew??

And btw, I will take a lots of honey. It doesnt get spoiled for years.

Nothing. With all that laid in I'd stay put and prepare to defend my base.

MtSilvertip makes a good point with the salt.

OK since we are talking fantasy here... we are also assuming we could max our credit cards out without needing to repay them, ever. Also let's assume this is my 46 year old warrior self, not my 64 years old worn out body self...

Where I live if the food runs out and we can't get out of dodge, we're toast. So... If I had two hours warning and there'd be no resupply. I'd buy 2-3 wks worth of fresh foods, top up all my staples, get more flour and oatmeal and boxed milk, canned goods, salamis, waxed cheese, all the freeze dried I could find. I'd top the gas and as many fuel jugs as I could lay my hands on quick. I'd buy as much OTC medicine as possible and fill any open prescriptions - this would be a priority. More medical supplies. Toilet paper!!!

Then I'd buy another truck load for when our relatives show up. You explain to your spouse that her mother can go fend for herself in the apocalypse and tell us how that works out for ya...

I'd hit the auto parts store for spare parts for my truck and jeep (though could probably liberate that stuff later). And I'd get as much cash as my ATM card would allow and as much from my bank account as I could get without pulling a gun on the teller!

Next off to the gun store to buy all their ammo and maybe that Barrett .50 on display for $10,000! And a Wilson Combat 1911 just cause I always wanted one. I have plenty of ammo, but more won't hurt. Finally I'd stop at the tire store for a new set of all-terrains for both rigs. Then I'd open a beer, admire the new gun, wait for the big flash and that would be that...

And if it was an EMP instead - I'd get home with 15 minutes to spare, throw all the electronics into the truck and my metal cabinets, roll out Faraday shield screen around everything, find my candles, make one last post on here to warn you all and wait for the lights to go out.

Hopefully it will just be zombies.
