i dont need any enhancement, (knock on wood) but i can understand why a man would want some help if his missile doesnt launch.
when the time or opportunity comes,,,and the gates of heaven are there to enter,a guy should be able to at least knock on the door to open,,,otherwise i'd think it would be the ultimate ego killer..
a man that cant launch his missile, is like having a brand new corvette in the driveway and no key to start it..(when you cant drive,,,it gets boring to look at )
as far as an "enhanced" missile,,,,you dont want too big a missile you cant get thru the gates of heaven....
Any thought to the side effects of enhancement? Pills versa physical surgery, things can go wrong and often do. On the commercials, “consult a physician if symptoms of penile erection remain for longer then 24 hours”.

How many women need larger breasts to function? Do they think they need large breasts? Does having large breasts give women an ego boost? Judging from the sales of implants and Wonderbras, I'd have to say yes.
Wait a minute, we are talking about 2 different things here, enhancement (size) or ability to ya know. Some men can launch but there is nothing to launch, really, they need enhancement. Then there are those who can launce but the missle crashes and burns, they need viagara or whatever. Two problems... one is easy to fix with viagara, or cialis or whatever.. the other one, however would require some type of surgery. Trust me when I say there is such a thing as too small.
Now with women's breasts, they perform no function sexually, except for personal preference so enhancement is only a personal choice but does not increse or decrease sexual pleasure, unless the man is a breast man...

Well if had an erectile dysfunction...I might consider taking that stuff. But I don't...and I'm confident my member is big enough, so I would not take any enlargment drugs either. Some of those side effects don't sound very pleasing to me also.

But the serious, sad thing is- of all the things we can research on the web, if a man is very small, can you imagine all the filthy spam he would get if he were to do a google search for real information?
My 2 cents- it's not the size of the tool, but the skill of the operator. Otherwise women would be dating donkeys...

Women's breasts and men's penisis are two completely different things, can't compare apples to oranges (or maybe I should say apples to melons ).
When they talk about, "enhancement," they're talking about making the penis larger than it already is. Erectile dysfunction (or ED) is different altogether and yes, that is a functional problem no matter the size of the penis. Premature ejaculation is also a real issue, but not something necessarily cured by, "enhancement."
The penis and breasts may be different but the principle is the same. A penis isn't medically considered too small to operate unless it's under 3". So long as it can make some sort of penetration and ejaculate, then it works. Same with breasts. So long as they lactate when they need to, they work.
Do the vast majority of people who seek to get either of these organs changed actually NEED to modify them? No. But should a man or woman lose either organ or feel that their endowment is not satisfactory, the mental effects are the same: depression, insecurity, inadequacy. People who feel this way will do nearly anything to, "fix," the issue. Even otherwise level-headed people will reach out to quacks because their desire to be normal or attractive outweighs their reason.
So while it may seem funny to some who feel that it may be ridiculous and unmasculine for men to feel his penis is inadequate, I think it's not unrealistic to equate penis size with breast size. I've seen women devastated by the loss of a breast to cancer. I've also known girls who would look around them and wonder why they were As while all their friends were Bs and Cs and then realize the bigger girls seemed to get more attention from the guys.
Sadly, men do not have the relatively easy enhancement solution that women fortunately have. Pills do not work. Surgery may enhance girth but cannot enhance actual length (just apparent length). Only one thing does work but since there's no money to be made off of it and it takes years to accomplish, few men are aware of it.
Much of our opinion of our attractiveness is based far less upon our ability to please others than our ability to be satisfied with ourselves. An A woman may be happy and confident with her size while a C or D may feel she's completely tortured by inadequacy because she believes she's too small. The same goes with guys though it's far less acknowledged precisely because the reaction by most people, as shown in this thread, is so negative. It's not considered masculine to worry about such things post-puberty. Men are told, "You can compensate." Parapalegics can compensate by using a wheel chair. Compensation is not what men want to have to resort to. They want to hop in the sack and feel that they can please every desire a woman has and, like they say about car engines, there's no substitute for cubic inches. Women like confident men and men like to be confident, but no bankroll, no chiseled abs, no designer suit, is going to compensate for a small (or perceived to be small) penis.
So when a penis pill shows-up on late night TV or the back of Esquire and promises all kinds of things, men will buy it for the same reasons all those bust enhancement ads are in the back of Cosmo and I think it unfair to judge men without the same sensitivity or empathy we extend to the fairer sex.
